GPPPI 25-year contract to Energy Regulatory Commission

ILECO 2 today passed their Board of Directors Resolution and Secretaries Certificate enabling the immediate joint application to the Energy Regulatory Commission ("ERC") endorsement of the 25-year Energy Supply Agreement won by GPPPI in their recent bidding.
